University of South Alabama student with cerebral palsy earns degree

Another Rad Story

Faulkner has cerebral palsy. The 28-year-old from Fowl River can’t use his legs or arms, and sometimes struggles with speech. But today, he will become the first of Terry and Nancy Faulkner’s children to earn a college degree.
